Almost nothing with the VA or the government in general is done quickly. Weeks or months can pass without case updates or requests often leaving you and your VSO in the dark. Just know that you’re not lost in the system… we’re just working our way through the system.
The sad truth is that many VSOs and accredited attorneys do not know the best way to effectively approach the VA for a disability claim. We are a referral service only and it is the job of the Accredited Attorney paying for your information to handle your case as required by law.
